Luis "Billy" Padrino, is a world renowned kitesurfing and hydrofoil coach from Venezuela. For the last 2 decades Luis has traveled the world teaching thousands of students how to kite surf, wing, efoil and have a blast on the water. With an education and background in petrochemical engineering, Luis would find his passion on the water and now shares this stoke with people of all ages and background around the world.
Before moving to South Florida and opening FloFoil, Luis owned and operated the largest kite school on Margarita Island in Venezuela, while competing globally on the Formula Kite Hydrofoil Race Series. Luis is a 3x time South American Champion!

Over the last two decades Luis has perfected his method of teaching clients and is known around the world as one of the most sought after instructors. Since selling is school in Venezuela, Luis has been flown to all corners off the earth to teach his craft, but now has decided to settle in Florida and establish a watersports school, catering to those looking for a higher end experience.
